Negotiations with prospective buyers
Once a prospective purchaser appears, we begin negotiations on price and terms. We aim for a smooth agreement, putting the seller’s wishes first.
Execution of Purchase Agreement
As soon as the terms are finalized, a purchase agreement is concluded. Please be assured that we will proceed while carefully confirming the contents of the contract one by one.
Delivery and payment
